West Valley Collection & Recycling offers free site assessments. An experienced
member of our team will make an onsite visit to assess your garbage and recycling
levels and to provide recycling outreach for your tenants. To

Holiday
Trees 
For small complexes
residents should cut their holiday trees into 4 foot lengths and place them into
the garbage bin.
For large complexes
managers call WVC&R at 408.283.9250 to schedule a special pickup or to schedule
delivery of a debris box for collection of holiday trees. Undecorated natural
or flocked holiday trees are acceptable. Please remove stands, tinsel and decorations.

and Debris Boxes

Valley Collection & Recycling is the exclusive roll-off and debris box provider
in your community. Call 408.283.9250.
Listed
below are the terms and conditions customers need to know before ordering a roll
off box.
20, 30, 40 Cubic
Yard Roll Off Box
1) No concrete,
dirt, tires, engine parts, televisions, computer monitors, refrigerators/ freezers,
medical or hazardous waste allowed inside the dumpster.
2) At time of pick up box must be leveled and not overflowing.
3) If dumpster is refused when dropped off, there will be a non-refundable charge
of $75.
4) If dumpster needs to be exchanged after arrival, there will be a non-refundable
charge of $75.
5) WVC&R has from 6AM – 8PM to drop off and pick up box. We cannot guarantee
specific time of arrival.
6) If dumpster is over weight limit when weighed there will be a $55 charge for
each ton over. (see below for limits)

20 cubic
yards 3 tons
30 cubic yards 4 tons
40 cubic yards 5 tons
8 Cubic Yard
Rock Box
1) Concrete
and dirt only.
