A Transfer/Processing Facility or Transfer/Processing operation as defined in 14 CCR Section 17402(a)(30) and (31), respectively, that is permitted or authorized under 14 CCR, Division 7, Chapter 12; or, c. A Solid Waste landfill as defined in PRC Section 40195.1 that is permitted under 27 CCR, Division 2. Multi‐Family. Any Premises with five (5) or more units serviced in a manner similar to Commercial Property, but used for residential purposes (not including hotels or motels), irrespective of whether residence therein is transient, temporary or permanent, which receive centralized Collection service for all units on the Premises which are billed to one (1) Customer at one (1) address or individual Collection service in which each unit is billed as a separately Customer.
